Job Scope:
Leads and delivers responsive support coordination to exceed customer expectations/experience.
Assesses gaps in service delivery, contract execution, and customer focus and works with engineers , field service manager and operations managers to mitigate the issues identified.
Arranges and coordinates site requirements to clear a FSE for a customer visit.
Tracks completion of service visits and ensures all documentation and invoicing are completed in a timely manner.
Collaborates with field service manager and operations manager to ensure FSE resources are allocated to maximize completion of customer service requests and contract delivery.
