As an IT Employee, you will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining the bank's IT infrastructure and systems to ensure smooth operations and high levels of security. Market Job Description
- Manage and maintain the bank's IT infrastructure, including networking devices, and systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Install, configure, and update software and applications, including operating systems, and banking applications.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to understand their IT requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Monitor and analyze system performance and security logs, and implement necessary measures to enhance security and data protection.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place and tested.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, including training and documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, and make recommendations for technology upgrades and enhancements.
Market Skills and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- IT roles, preferably in the banking or financial industry (for experienced candidates).
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with networking, servers, operating systems, databases, and banking applications.
- Familiarity with IT security principles and best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong writing skills a definite plus.
- Knowledge on Cloud Azure a plus.
