Responsibilites:
- Lead a team of lift technicians for safe and efficient operations.
- Plan and schedule maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to minimize downtime.
- Respond quickly to lift breakdowns, troubleshoot, and implement preventive measures.
- Conduct regular lift inspections and tests to identify and fix issues.
- Supervise contractors for upgrades, ensuring projects meet standards and deadlines.
- Provide technical support for complex lift issues and address resident inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and inspections for regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with departments to resolve lift issues and improve service quality.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Engineering equivalent
- At least 4 years’ relevant experience in engineering industry
- Good organizational, reporting and supervisory skills are essential
- 5.25 work week, half day on alternate Saturday
