Job Description
- Conduct daily estate inspections to maintain high horticultural and maintenance standards.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager on improvement projects.
- Address and manage resident and tenant feedback promptly.
- Handle arrears cases efficiently to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and upkeep.
- Assist in organizing and overseeing estate events and activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, feedback, and maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Real Estate/Facilities Management/Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property / facilities management
