- Our client from healthcare sector is seeking for experienced Treasury Manager to join their dynamic team.
Salary: Up to S$135,000 per annum (including bonus)
Location: Buona Vista
Responsibilities:
- Monitor monthly portfolio performance and compliance, including financial market surveillance and liaison with fund managers.
- Ensure accuracy of financial statements and journal entries prepared by Financial Control & Reporting team.
- Prepare monthly returns analysis and quarterly investment monitoring reports for the Investment Committee (IC).
- Lead internal audits and preparation of financial schedules for annual statements.
- Supervise Assistant Manager in data retrieval and spreadsheet preparation.
- Conduct annual reviews and prepare credit reports for bond issuers.
- Liaise with banks for bond availability, pricing, and compliance.
- Oversee Treasury Management System (TMS) inputs and processing of treasury transactions.
- Verify and check treasury intercompany loan transactions and statements.
- Assist in preparing IC and Board papers and presentations.
- Manage treasury improvement projects and liaise on legal and business documentation with financial counterparts.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Economics.
- Minimum 7 years' experience of fund management or treasury operations.
- Proficiency in cash management and treasury investments preferred.
