Job Description:
Receiving and Inspections:
- Accept and verify deliveries against purchase orders, generating Goods Received Notes.
Picking and Packing:
- Pick items accurately for customer orders.
- Pack and labels items, ensuring completeness and accuracy before dispatch.
Shipping and Dispatch:
- Coordinate shipment logistics, generate Delivery Orders, arrange transportation, and ensure timely dispatch.
Loading and Unloading:
- Safely load and upload goods from vehicles using appropriate equipment.
Inventory Management:
- Organized stock for easy access, regularly conducting checks and updating inventory systems.
Other Tasks as Assigned:
- Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the supervisors to support overall departmental goals and objectives.
Qualifications/Training:
- Minimum O level graduate.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations is desirable, but recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures.
- Ability to operate electrical stackers and other warehouse equipment.
- Proficient in computer skills ie. MS Office, Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience/Skills:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (15 to 20kg).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
