Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in coordinating the data collection process from data owners across all operations for the sustainability reporting
- Assist to track and manage key metrics and initiatives on the “environment, social and governance” (ESG) pillar and work closely with other relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely submission
- Manage the internal database, review and consolidate data for the Group
- Support the preparation of presentation materials and biweekly newsletter
- Stay abreast of relevant regulations and industry standards
- Stay informed about emerging trends, best practices and innovative solutions in sustainability
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in sustainability initiatives
- Assist with independent research on sustainability related topics to support team who may need technical information on certain subject matters
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience
- Diploma in ESG, Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Understanding of sustainability principles, frameworks (e.g., GRI, TCFD) and best practices
- Proactive, meticulous and results oriented with an analytical mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time management skills and ability in managing priorities
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluent oral, written and presentation skills in English
- Passionate in sustainability-related topics
