Our client specializes in the development and management of contactless smart card technology. The firm plays a significant role in the seamless integration of payment solutions across different sectors, enhancing convenience and efficiency for users. Additionally, it collaborates with various service providers and government agencies to expand its network and offer innovative solutions that cater to the evolving needs of the market.
They are looking out for a Business Analyst.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Promote Agile principles and methods for gathering requirements.
· Understand stakeholders' perspectives to identify concerns and pain points, and actively participate in solutioning, design processes, and identifying opportunities.
· Engage actively with the delivery squad/team throughout Inception workshops, the development sprint cycle, and Post Implementation Reviews.
· Collaborate closely with business units, technology teams, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure their active engagement and management.
· Gather requirements for IT-related projects through interviews, workflow analysis, process analysis, and observation sessions.
· Facilitate and clarify stakeholders' needs, translating them into requirements under the product owner's scope and direction.
· Define detailed requirements for User Stories and specify acceptance criteria for developers, QA, and product owners to ensure the product owner's intent is effectively captured.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is preferable.
· 1 to 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst role.
· Passion for learning new technology.
· Good communication and listening skills.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Ability to work well under pressure in a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
