Roles & Responsibilities :
- Produce CAD drawings for renovation / construction
- Documentation & detailing
- Familiarising with floorplans, interior design layouts, drawing standards & drawing details
- Manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of projects & meet clients' requirement
- Prepare minutes of meeting for site meetings with clients, designer & contractors
- Attend technical & site meetings to resolve design issues & site problems
- Interpret plans & drawings
- Gain experience from site visits & learning coordination works at site with clients, consultants & subcontractors
- Understanding the requirements to ensure projects are handed over with functional & aesthetic satisfication & minimal/no defects (Quality management)
- Understanding & practising safety at sites
- Learning people management, to prevent conflicts due to design, timeline or cost
- Monitor & coordinate with contractors & vendors on site
- Manage project progress & monitor status on site & prepare progress report
Qualifications :
- Preferably specialized in Interior Design or equivalent or related field
- Skill(s) : knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Sketchup & VRay
- At least 2 years working experience in design company
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree
- Good working & positive attitude, meticulous, good team player & able to meet tight deadlines
