Our client is a global manufacturing leader known for delivering top-quality products and exceptional technical support to customers worldwide. They are actively seeking a dedicated Associate Engineer to join their dynamic team
The Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support including installation, maintenance to RFID systems throughout the region onsite or remotely
- Assist client queries on technical issues
- Support system-related projects in the areas of operating systems, networking, and security
- Work with global software team and R&D team to QC products
- Improve products with review and feedback
- Liaise with vendors for repairs of systems when necessary
The Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering
- Experience and knowledge on SQL server, network environment and infrastructure
- Regional business travelling required
- Strong team player with Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Japanese to communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking colleagues and clients
