Manufacturing of Chinese Buns (Pau) of all varieties
Must have at least 3 years of experience in Pau manufacturing
Cost effectiveness without conflicting with the quality and quantity.
Good time management to ensure smooth chain operations i.e. from factory to outlets.
Ensure no disruption to production due to shortage of ingredients.
Able to lead and motivate the kitchen staffs.
Highest standard of cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
Permanently night shift.
Must have knowledge with utensils and equipment maintenance.
