Work hour : 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)
Job Responsible
1. Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, common software issues in office computers
2. Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, software, and peripherals.
3. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, backups, and antivirus scans to ensure the security and integrity of IT systems.
4. Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various platforms and applications.
5. Collaborate with IT team members and follow SOP and best practices to conduct work diligently.
6. Assist in the procurement and inventory management of IT equipment and software licenses; Issue, collect and record IT assets and resources according to onboarding, exit and replacement procedure.
7. Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base.
8. Maintain IT server room, monitor basic network and system health and uptime by following the guideline.
9. Handle BER devices disposition, assist team members to retire EOL devices and/or Operation systems.
10. Perform other ad-hoc tasks suitable from time to time.
Requirements:-
- Min. diploma or above, with IT/Computer Engineering domain preferred
- IT savvy, bilingual (English & Mandarin, to support end users)
- Min 1 year of experiences
- Prefer has IT helpdesk experience for end user support and office administration
- Good attitude and characteristic; follow instructions, willing to learn and communication
- MUST BE OK with 3 to 6 months contract (might be shorter or longer)
- Immediately available or able join within short notice period
