Role and responsibilities:
- Plan the daily deployment of drivers on a routine and adhoc basis, ensuring that operations requirements are fulfilled.
- Update system with all the relevant information
- Perform customer service
- Work with relevant departments to ensure smooth and effective operations on a day-to-day basis
- Provide instructions to operations on the ground and have overall control of resource/manpower deployment to ensure smooth operations.
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
- Able to multi-task and handle stress
- Diligent, willing to learn and team player
- Possess positive attitude with strong sense of responsibility
- Must be able to work on weekends, public holidays and on rotating shifts (5.5 day work week)
