Our client is a Japanese MNC petrochemical company
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for budget and policy recommendations and medium-term planning.
- Liaise with functional or operational area managers to develop and implement l human resource strategies that are appropriate for the business needs, but consistent with the organization's overall human resource strategy.
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of human resource professionals to ensure that the organization's human resource strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets and that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards.
- Highly experienced in recruitment management.
- Responsible for management of the activities concerning internal equity, salaries, variable compensation and benefits policies adopted by the company.
- Projects current and future organization-wide staffing and organizational requirements. Establishes and maintains human resource planning, control, and reporting activities.
- Implement the organization's training and development strategy so that the skills and performance of employees meet the organization's current and future needs.
- Experienced working with unions, negotiating terms of collective agreement (must have)
- Familiar with latest MOM law
Requirements:
- At least 10 years' HR experience. Experienced managing asia pacific or multiple subsidiaries.
- Manufacturing background or petrochemical industry will be good.
