Key Responsibilities:
· Compounding and preparation of liquid, powder, reaction and spray dried flavors.
· Flavor application preparation and testing.
· Involvement in flavor application design.
· Set up database for product assessment.
· To operate the laboratory’s equipment (reactor, spray dryer, mechanical blenders, etc).
· Follow established HSE rules.
· Preventive maintenance and calibration of the laboratory’s equipment. Including ordering of spare parts.
· Support an efficient running of the daily work within the laboratory
· Laboratory RM stock management. Manage the RM database. Replenishment of RM - Ordering, receiving, labelling, storing the RM and discarding expired RM according to allocated area and update in Class system.
· Collaborate across cross functional teams.
