Retail Supervisor (Sport Brand)
Location: Islandwide (Urgent at Jewel)
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday (Roster hours 9.30am-10pm)
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to every customer
- Ensure that all can effectively communicate the product features and benefits and be able to advise consumers on styling.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Execute store activities according to SOP and Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Perform alterations.
- Support new employee onboarding, team development and training.
- Provide constructive feedback, identify and support development areas.
Requirements:
- At least 3-4 years of sales experience
- Experience managing a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Hands on, self –motivated, sales driven and results oriented
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening and weekend shifts
- Passionate in retail and customer service
