Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and coordinate learning and development programs that align with the organization’s objectives.
- Manage external consultants and training agencies for the development and delivery of key learning initiatives.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through channels like trainee feedback, onsite observations, and work closely with facilitators to enhance program outcomes.
- Oversee and deliver the onboarding and in-house value immersion programs for new hires.
- Regularly review the onboarding program to ensure its ongoing effectiveness and relevance.
- Establish partnerships with authorities and IHLs for internship programs, job shadowing, and student visits.
- Maintain strong collaboration with overseas offices to manage training programs for employees based in the Singapore office.
- Handle government grant applications.
- Provide guidance to employees on the Performance Appraisal framework and process.
- Develop and implement talent development programs.
- Collaborate with authorities to identify talented individuals through scholarship schemes.
- Address various employee development matters.
Job Requirement
- Candidate should possess a degree and brings along minimum of 6 years of experience in the Learning & Development/Training domain.
- Possess experience in managing multiple projects, emphasizing a strong commitment to goal achievement.
- Excel in adapting to changing environments and navigating through ambiguity.
- Exhibit a systematic and methodical thought process and work approach.
