Responsibilities:
Ensure fault calls and troubleshoot problems promptly
Take part in IT projects deployment
Ensure fault calls are answered and troubleshoot problems promptly
Ensure Backups are successful and properly done
Carry out Preventive Work on PCs, Servers and Firewalls
Provide clients with recommendations for upgrades and improvements
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT related field
Related IT certifications
Well organized, proactive and self-directed
Basic knowledge on Windows Server Administration, AD and Group Policy Management
Resourceful in using research to solve problems independently.
Good interpersonal skills and independent
