Relationship Manager
Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor sales strategies to achieve sales target, profitability and growth in accordance with company’s objectives
- Work closely with the Sales Directors to identify new opportunities and build pipelines
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with network of clientele, e.g. Architects & Design, Developers, Real Estate, Project Management and Consultancy Firms, MNCs, End Users etc.
- Manage clients’ enquiries
- Understand end to end sales cycle, from negotiation to closing to project management and ensure smooth delivery of project
- Must possess ability to understand clients’ needs to provide effective solutions for their requirements
- Work closely with colleagues across departments on managing and planning of projects
- Responsible for sales activities including preparation of presentations, proposals, tender submissions, quotations, invoices and after sales service
- Follow up on customers’ order, provide technical support and servicing existing customers
- Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties when required
- Management and updating of sales report
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- Hands-on, motivated team player, with positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Knowledge in Design & Build, Interior & Office Furniture will be an added advantage
- Possess at least 4 to 5 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Target and numbers driven
- Strong analytical mind and ability to plan for maximizing efficiency
- Able to work with tight deadlines with good time management skills
