JOB DESCRIPTION
To perform administrative, reconciliation and customer service duties
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with placement of orders via phone, email, mail or fax
- Support reception duties- Phone/Voicemail/E-mail/Instant messaging – take clear concise messages and relay messages or route calls in a timely manner
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
- Generate reports for copier machines in monthly basis
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload and adapt to changing procedures and processes.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned as and when required by superior
REQUIREMENTS:
- Secondary School/ O Level or any equivalent
- Language(s) proficiency: English and Mandarin
- Self-motivated, hands-on, attention to details and service-oriented
- Possess a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks and deploy resources appropriately.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Excel.
- Good team player with good communication skills
- Work location in the West, alternate Saturday working day
