Role Overview: At Red Alpha Cybersecurity, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Singapore. You will be responsible for establishing, managing, and developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the cybersecurity and private sector. You should have a proven track record in business development and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve organizational goals
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and identify partnership opportunities.
- Initiate contact with potential partners through cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Present Red Alpha Cybersecurity’s value proposition to prospective partners.
- Assess partner hiring needs and recommend appropriate secondment solutions.
- Collaborate with internal team to create effective partnership strategies.
- Identify, develop, and negotiate contracts with new partners.
- Provide detailed and analytical partnership reports to management.
- Must be a Singaporean or Permanent Resident.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the cybersecurity industry or related industry
- Demonstrated experience with various sales techniques, including cold calling.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.
