Your assignment
You will be based in Singapore and are responsible for achieving maximum sales growth and profitability in the online channels while taking care of the IKEA product range and our commercial priorities within the framework of the IKEA Concept and brand values.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Merchandising the IKEA website most optimally, coordinating & aligning content to the commercial calendar.
- Converting online traffic to sales by:
- Utilising web analytics tools to track key performance metrics and produce reports – making data-driven decisions to improve sales and customer experience.
- Understanding local consumers’ life at home & shopping behaviour
- Exploring avenues for repeat purchases & engagements
- Securing a seamless online shopping experience
- Aligning with the customers’ user journey on the IKEA website & Shopping App
- Sharing data-driven insights and coordinating with relevant stakeholders
