Job Descriptions:
- Prepare cost plans to enable design teams to produce practical designs for construction projects, which involves liaising with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Contract administration of secured projects.
- Preparation and submission of progress claims to clients.
- Evaluate and prepare progress payments to subcontractors/suppliers/service providers.
- Maintain constant liaison with client/project staff / sub-contracts and suppliers.
- Monitor records and manage all variation orders.
- Monitor and keep track of project progress and are responsible for measuring and valuing variations in the work during the contract, for agreement of interim payments, and the final account.
- Always ensure confidentiality and safeguards of controlled documents.
- Provide necessary documentation for preparation of final accounts with the client/subcontractors/suppliers / service providers.
- Possess the ability to negotiate with client during final accounts and or as and when any variation order arises.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in LTA project, or similar scale, complexity and nature of work will be advantages.
