Responsibilities:
- Ensure Export operations runs smoothly, and SOP compliant.
- Manage and co-ordinate the entire shipment process for export customer service.
- Implement and establish new processes for export freight planning
- Review export freight planning procedures for continuous improvement, to enhance efficiency.
- Plan / schedule space for all origin stations.
- To be proactive in preventing service failure
- To be resourceful in managing recovery
- To co-ordinate shipment closely with various department to ensure shipments executed correctly and timely
- To observe & control daily operational issues in order to comply Customer’s requirements
- To analysis and recommend corrective actions
- To handle carriers complaints
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business / Supply Chain or related qualification
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
