Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Location management - Through the EPR system and field observation, shelf and reasonable location of existing distribution using effectiveness
- Inventory Management - daily count and annual physical count, to inspect inventory differences, formulate relevant report effectiveness and adjust the difference
- Manage 3PL warehouse.
- Formulate and perfect the working flow of the warehouse -According to the company rules and actual situation, formulate relevant process instructions and continue to improve.
- On time Delivery to Customer - arrange the resource and make sure to fulfill the packing and deliver to forwarder on schedule per shipping instruction by Sales
- Internal training - work instruction training, the use of the ERP system related training, safety training.
- Communication and coordination between departments - Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments actively, to meet demand for relevant departments; Provide reasonable Suggestions and constructive to solve various problems;
- System maintenance and update - Ensure warehouse controller will maintain material in/out information timely and accurately updated in the ERP system
- Performance management - Make warehouse personnel performance appraisal
Educational/Certification Requirement:
- Diploma in logistic or equivalent and at least 5 years of relevant experience in managing a team of warehouse assistants, proficiency in warehouse report.
Experience Requirement:
- Work in fast pace manufacturing environment.
- With forklift experience and license preferred
- Strong warehouse operations background to support the day to day operations in a fast growing environment.
- Basic knowledge of PC skills
- Knowledge of material storage requirements
- Hardworking and a team player.
- Flexible, able to multi-task in warehouse areas
