Admissions Executive

Job Objective

Responsible for ensuring the school's enrollment goals are met hrough effective strategies and practices. Continuously strive to learn and adopt best practices to improve customer engagement and experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Exceed the school's customer recruitment goals.
  • Provide quick and appropriate responses to inbound inquiries via the website, emails, telephone, and walk-ins.
  • Conduct timely and proactive follow-ups on all leads to convert them into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Be highly responsive and proactive in all customer-facing tasks.
  • Ensure all potential customers have a positive experience, regardless of enrollment outcome.
  • Manage parents, students, governing bodies, and internal and external stakeholders with professionalism.
  • Oversee all communications and lead management processes.
  • Convert and close MQLs and SQLs into customers through one-on-one counseling and other appropriate sales techniques.
  • Provide accurate information about the school’s vision, values, teaching methodologies, and philosophy.
  • Organize all aspects of open days for prospective parents.
  • Perform any other ad hoc responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in organizations with high processing requirements. Experience in an International School is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of relevant sales and/or marketing experience.
  • Preferably with experience in admissions within the education industry.
  • Experience in methodical tasks requiring accuracy.
  • Experience communicating with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
