Locum Pharmacist (Regulatory) - Part-Time
Opportunity:
We are in search of a Part-Time Locum Pharmacist who will play a pivotal role in our regulatory requirement operations with HSA. The primary focus will be to address and handle the regulatory affairs with HSA on behalf of the company. The role also includes updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comply with GDP QMS. Importantly, this position requires to be the Responsible Person (RP) of the Company for HSA-related regulatory reporting. You should be able to obtain the NOC letter from the current employer to work as a Locum Pharmacist.
Locum Pharmacist (Hourly rate)
- Salary: $50/hour (Depends on experience)
- Working hours per month: Based on the requirements. However, a minimum of 8 hours will be paid as a basic compensation, even if the number of worked hours is less than 8 hours in a month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the contracted 3PL company to oversee and expedite the batch clearance process.
- Ensure accurate release of products following thorough inbound inspection.
- Manage the outbound process after secondary labelling is complete.
- Update SOPs to align with current practices and regulations.
- This position involves managing wholesale operations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for good distribution practices.
- Oversees the daily operations and works closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient supply, inventory and ensuring last-mile delivery.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience with some logistics services.
- Experience in batch release of products and labels.
- Experience in wholesaler operations of Therapeutic Products
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
Job Requirements
- Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
- Valid membership with local professional body/association is preferred where applicable.
- Minimum of 2 years of wholesale and GDP experience
- Freshers as Registered Pharmacists also can apply.
- In-depth knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in Singapore's pharmaceutical industry is most desired, but not mandatory.
