Roles & Responsibilities
Job Descriptions:
· Handle customer enquiries, requests and booking of appointments.
· Providing facial and body hair removal treatments. Performing various massage techniques on clients’ face, hands, feet, and back.
· Assess customers’ needs and provide professional advice.
· Update of customers particulars, purchases and treatments records
· Build and establish good rapport with customers.
· Assist with monthly stock taking and inventory management.
· Ensure cleanliness of treatment room, thorough sterilization of equipment, and proper disposal of consumables.
Job Requirements:
· At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
