Reponsibilities
Strengthening Staff Health and Well-being Framework:
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and committees to enhance staff health and well-being programs, fostering a resilient workforce.
Training Program Development:
- Plan and develop training programs and materials to increase staff mental health literacy and awareness.
Pulse Surveys and Intervention:
- Conduct half-yearly pulse surveys to assess staff well-being, burnout, and resilience.
- Share survey findings and collaborate on interventions based on outcomes.
Monitoring Well-being Initiatives:
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating measurable outcomes of hospital employee well-being plans and initiatives.
Emotional Support and Referral:
- Provide support, interventions, and debriefing for individuals or groups facing emotional concerns.
- Arrange referrals to community resources or clinical interventions as needed.
Welfare Officers Program Management:
- Manage the Welfare Officers (WOs) program, including recruitment, orientation, training, engagement, and support initiatives.
Organizational Activities Coordination:
- Assist in planning and organizing hospital-wide health, sports, and social recreational activities or events.
Digitalization Support:
- Support the department’s efforts to digitalize well-being initiatives and improve staff connectivity to these programs.
Cluster-level Collaboration:
- Collaborate with NHG to plan and promote cluster-level well-being activities to foster staff interaction and bonding among NHG institutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Health Management & Promotion, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in employee health and well-being management.
