We are seeking a highly competent Projects Executive to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The Projects Executive will play a key role in managing all administrative details and costings relating to managed services projects, ensuring financial control and efficiency throughout a project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Planning: Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects based on tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Procurement: Source and obtain competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Analyze tenders and recommend suitable suppliers/subcontractors based on cost, quality, and reliability.
- Contract Management: Administer contracts and manage contractual relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors. Prepare and negotiate variations, claims, and settlement of final accounts.
- Project Administration: Fulfill all necessary general administration works pertaining to the project notwithstanding data acquisition, data analysis and general reporting.
- Cost Control: Monitor project costs against budgets and forecasts throughout the project lifecycle. Identify areas where savings can be made and provide recommendations to achieve value for money.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and opportunities that may impact project costs and profitability. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and exploit opportunities.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of all estimates, budgets, costs, and contracts. Prepare regular reports on project financial performance for management and clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure cost-effective solutions and adherence to project specifications and timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Professional accreditation (e.g., MRICS, PQS) preferred.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects in Singapore.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, tendering processes, and cost management principles.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in relevant software (e.g., MS 365, AutoCad and Estimating software).
