- Responsible for the full spectrum of duties under assigned modules which may include certain aspect of the financial modules such as Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payable (AP) and General Ledger (GL).
- Manage the Month-end and year-end closing of the assigned modules accurately with the Finance team and Stakeholders (Internal and External).
- Preparation of assigned monthly and yearly management and statutory reports, variance analysis, Audit and other schedules, US GAAP reporting packs, Fixed Assets Schedule, and Bank Reconciliation when applicable.
- Management of Quarterly GST reporting (partial/whole company level)
- Reconciliation of inter-company accounts
- Responsible for fixed assets and inventory ledger management
- Work with the tax agents in preparation of corporate income tax computations
- Assist with Audit requirements and clarifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or
completed ACCA Level II.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a MNC /
Manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in working in any ERP system
