Contract Period: From 1 Aug 2024 to 31 Dec 2025 with Option to Extend a further period of 1 year.
Working hours:
• Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of ½ hr lunch break
• Fridays: 9.00am to 5:30pm, inclusive of ½ hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services:
1. Preparation and verification of documents
2. Management of records
3. Compilation of statistics
4. Drafting of correspondences
5. Handling of calls and enquiries
6. Management of students at sick bay
7. Management of stationery and medical Inventory
8. Candidate will be exposed to administration in a variety of areas such as finance, Procurement, human resource, estate management and general administration
Qualification, Skill & Experience:
1. Certificate in Office Skills, Certificate in Business Studies (Accounting) or Higher Nitec/Nitec in Office Skills, Accounting or Business related disciplines
2. GCE “A” or “O’ level certificate or equivalent of ESS Career Readiness Certificate (Operations)
3. ESS Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 5
4. A team player with good communication skills
5. Preferably with at least 4 years of relevant work experience in general administration and finance
