Job Description:
- Provide exceptional service to guests
- Set up and prepare tables for service, including polishing cutlery and glassware, arranging table settings, and ensuring cleanliness
- Take orders accurately and ensuring dishes are served in accordance to the standards
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu, including specials, dietary restrictions, and provide recommendations to guests.
- Process payment accurately and professionally
- Maintain high level of standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Assist in training junior level service team members
