Key Responsibilities:
- Support operations in the Singapore Distribution Center.
- Responsible for handling daily warehousing operation to ensure that customer delivery schedules are met to provide customer satisfaction.
- Responsible to close Cycle Count activities in JDE to ensure timely approval cycle count sheet and completion of ABC items count per the cut-off timeline to ensure SOX compliance.
- Coordinate the quarterly destruction activities with stakeholders. Ensure GN29 license availability for the items, create Destruction Order in JDE and generate commercial invoice for permit application. As well as provide Finance with the cost center to cross charge.
- Request for quarterly freight rates quotation from freight vendors.
- Request for ad-hoc freight quotation and arrange for inbound packaging materials shipment.
- Perform detailed freight audit for billing and invoicing.
- Submit monthly data into Freight Analytics Tool.
- Support printer Installation Qualification (IQ) when required.
- Support the execution of supply chain related projects and other incidental duties.
Requirement
- Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in Supply Chain and Logistics roles
