Research Projects
- Work with team members to engage internal stakeholders to identify potential research projects based on their needs.
- Assist the project lead in carrying out the project. Activities may include collecting and analysing data on stakeholder sentiments and behaviour, conducting workshops to develop solutions and carrying out trials.
- Assist the project lead to update and present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Assist the project lead in administrating the project including procurement and budgeting.
What we are looking for
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics, Communications or related disciplines (those without a degree and with relevant experience and expertise may also apply)
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative research or planning, preferably in a communications or marketing environment.
- Knowledge of behavioural insights or behavioural economics is an added advantage.
- Good writing and verbal communication skills with strong analytical and conceptualisation abilities
- Good project management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, within teams, able to multi-task and adapt to change
- High level of proactivity.
- Prior experience in a communications or marketing agency is an added advantage.
