Job Responsibilities:
* Perform general administrative duties.
* Filing, sorting of documents, data entry.
* Prepare DO, PO & Invoice.
* Attend to customer enquiries.
* Follow up payment / quotation.
* Assist Managers on administration works.
* Assist in daily operational matters.
Job Requirements:
* GCE 'O' Levels, NITEC, Diploma, Degree or relevant certificates.
* Technical or Engineering qualifications preferred.
* Proficient in MS Office applications. (Word, Excel)
* Proficient in Quickbook.
* Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
* Enjoys being a team player and multi-tasking.
* Willing to learn and work independently.
