Job Summary:
As an Events Management Intern, you will support the Events Manager and team in coordinating and executing events from concept to completion. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience in event planning, logistics, and client management in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning Support: Assist in planning events, including developing concepts, themes, and timelines.
- Vendor Coordination: Communicate with vendors to arrange services, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Logistics Management: Help manage event logistics, including venue setup, equipment rental, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.
- Budget Tracking: Assist in tracking event budgets, managing expenses, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Marketing and Promotion: Support the marketing team in promoting events through social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
- Client Communication: Assist in communicating with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure their satisfaction.
- On-Site Support: Provide on-site support during events, including setup, coordination, and troubleshooting.
- Post-Event Activities: Assist in post-event activities such as feedback collection, reporting, and thank-you communications.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including maintaining event documentation, preparing materials, and coordinating meetings.
- Business Development: Identifying and finding new clients.

Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good critical thinking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, adaptable, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Can commit for at least 3 months.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
