Project Overview:
This project focuses on driving asset under management (AUM) growth through effective client relationship management and new business development. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for executing sales strategies, meeting targets, and ensuring client satisfaction while expanding the company's market presence.
Key Components:
- Convert existing contacts and clients into new business opportunities
- Develop new leads and build a robust sales pipeline
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager to create and implement market-specific sales strategies
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Monitor competitive landscape and market developments
- Cultivate and maintain trust-based relationships with a portfolio of clients
- Gain comprehensive understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers
- Act as a communication liaison between key customers and internal teams
Deliverables
- Materialize existing contacts/ clients into new business leading to the Company’s AUM growth
- Develop new leads and build sales pipeline
- Work closely with the Regional Manager to craft and execute a potent sales strategy tailored to market segments and opportunities
- Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets set together with management
- Monitor general developments of competition
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in relationship management and sales within the financial services sector
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth understanding of financial products and services
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships at a senior level
- Analytical skills for market analysis and sales forecasting
- Proficiency in preparing and presenting reports to stakeholders
