Responsibilities
• Leading and managing a team of planners for the day-to-day operations
• Resolve day to day operational issues with the staff
• Oversee the daily operations to ensure smooth functioning in the process
• Keep track of daily/weekly/monthly schedule, attendance, leave schedule and duty schedule
• Oversee the scheduling regular maintenance on all vehicle
• Shifting of scheduling based on day-to-day requirements
• Handle calls from drivers pertaining to any accidents or vehicle breakdown
• Verification of all ad hoc bus driver timesheet submission
• Assignment of subcontracts for outsourcing jobs
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in a relevant discipline
• Has relevant experience related to transport or bus operations
• Independent, focused and driven
• A team player with a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, multitask and work well in a fast pace environment
• Able to work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
