Good understanding of Wealth Management domain and Temenos Transact modules(Wealth related modules is a must, others preferred).
Knowledge on Securities, Derivatives and Structured Products.
- Ensure effective communication between parties and translating requirements into clear and concise specification.
- Able to conduct feasibility studies, Requirements and solutions discussion workshops, lead a small team for projects, if required.
- Act as bridge between Client, Development team and Non technical stakeholders.
- Colloborate with Product Managers, external teams and clients to identify user requirements and specifications.
- Colloborate with internal teams and other departments to deliver requirement specification.
- Create project timelines for specifications delivery and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Able to articulate Non Functional requirement.
- Able to make solution decision and provide direction to the team.
- Peer review Specifications wherever required.
- Perform simple functional testing based on the requirement.
- Understanding of Agile methodology, JIRA platform
- Guide, Share expertise and mentor junior BAs to grow in their role.
- Learning mindset, Strong communication and inter-personal skill.
