Roles and Responsibilities
Delivering and maintaining an agency-wide data warehouse and analytics project using AGILE software development methodology.
· Plan and coordinate the development of business cases, ensuring that projects are executed to meet identified business needs and outcome, within agreed parameters of cost, duration and quality.
· Handle the timely project execution for implementation and procurement activities of digital systems.
· Assess and apply the appropriate project management methodologies, such as Agile practices, to ensure project success.
· Identify potential project risks and the implications to the organisation and recommend mitigation measures and remediation plan.
· Actively engage and motivate various key partners to deliver and effect positive change in our digital products.
Knowledge and Skills
· At least 5 years of relevant working experience as a Project Manager in at least 2 full project development life cycles, with at least one using Agile Methodology.
· Strong vendor management and personality.
· Good in analytical analysis, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills.
· Team player and be motivated by innovation to achieve tangible business outcome
· Willingness in picking up new knowledge and take thoughtful risks, with an adaptable and enterprising personality.
· Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, to positively influence key partners.
· Experience in leading projects for the implementation of data platforms such as SQL and Aurora Postgres database will be an advantage.
· Familiar with data warehouse/lake solution, Microsoft technologies, Business Intelligence, CI/CD pipeline will be an advantage.
· Passionate in championing the team to continuously improve and deliver quality software product.
