Project Management:
- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and budget.
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
- Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors.
- Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to the design team on test fitting of layouts, curation of design intents, material selections, keeping abreast of innovative or creative design solutions.
- Monitor project cash flow projections, ensuring payments are processed promptly and recommended to the Client for payment on time.
- Ensures projects deliver specified results and meet quality expectations
Job requirements:
- Demonstrated interpersonal, management and communication skills strong oral and written skills
- Require more than 3 years of experience in a leadership position managing more than one project.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
