Responsibilities:
- Perform nursing duties, including clinical procedures and vital signs monitoring.
- Ensure the delivery of safe and competent nursing care in accordance with nursing standards.
- Responsible for assessing the needs and delivery of quality geriatric / dementia nursing care to patients
- Administer prescribed medications and observe if any adverse side effects.
- Assess and coordinate with health care team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate client’s conditions
Job Requirements
- Possesses at least a Diploma/Degree in Nursing.
- Possesses valid SNB and BCLS.
