Working hours: Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm
Job scope:
- Provide general customer support by managing customer service hotline
- Handling customer complaints.
- Answer customer questions.
- Documenting customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline
