We are looking for a talented Technical Developer with expertise in OutSystems and Power BI to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in resolving technical incidents, implementing new features, and integrating functionalities into our systems.
Responsibilities:
Incident Resolution:
- Investigate and diagnose technical issues reported by users or detected through monitoring.
- Apply effective code fixes or patches to resolve incidents promptly.
- Conduct rigorous Unit Testing to ensure robust fixes.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, system administrators, and team members to efficiently resolve incidents.
SR Implementation:
- Implement requested features or changes based on SR (Service Request) requirements.
- Integrate new functionalities seamlessly into existing systems.
- Document all changes and updates comprehensively for future reference and maintenance.
Technical Skillsets:
- Proficiency in OutSystems development, with hands-on experience in building and maintaining applications.
- Strong understanding and experience in utilizing Power BI for data visualization and business intelligence solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in incident resolution within a technical environment, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in developing solutions using OutSystems and leveraging Power BI for impactful data insights.
