Responsibilities:
· Process accounts payable invoices matching and verifying with Purchase Orders and good receipts to ensure compliance with tax requirements and GST regulations.
· Perform supplier reconciliation on a monthly basis.
· Liaise with buyers and suppliers to resolve Invoice on-hold issues.
· Other duties/ ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy.
- Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable.
- Good time management and comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in using Oracle R12 or other Accounting systems and Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
