As an assistant engineer, you will provide essential administrative and technical support for various projects and to stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Preparation of quotations, technical data, calculations and tenders.
- Tabulate accurate project calculations and drawings (E.g. heat load/ schematic diagram/ green mark submission)
- Coordinate and process documents
- Assist customer inquiries and follow up on aftersales activities (E.g. service requests, warranty, equipment issues, etc.)
- Support projects and sales team and attend to other technical and administrative tasks/ functions.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Able to work in fast-paced environment and multi-task
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, able to work independently and collaborate in team setting
- Basic computer literacy, familiar with Microsoft Office Excel
- Knowledge in Auto-CAD will be an added advantage
