Your Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site troubleshooting and repairing of air-conditioners.
- Perform on-site testing of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Recommend preventive measures and provide resolutions to technical problems.
- Provide guidance and technical assistance to service partners
- Assisting team lead in planning daily manpower schedule
- Answering customers' enquiries or responding to feedback via phone, email or on-site
- Preparation of daily reports
Your Profile
- Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- No experience required as training will be provided
- Positive learning attitude
- Able to work from heights
