Job Scopes:
- Implement preventive maintenance system and execute maintenance programs as scheduled for plant and machinery
- Lead Maintenance Technicians to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair CNC machines
- Identify spare parts and tools to reduce downtime
- Assist in fabricating tools for production use
- Assign manpower for minor mechanical/electrical repairs in the office building
- Promote and implement safety practices and activities in line with OHSAS and company objectives
- Coordinate and manage sub-contractors for external work
- Perform other duties as assigned by Immediate Supervisors
Requirements:
- Hold a Technical Diploma or have equivalent experience in plant and machinery maintenance
- Prefer to have at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
