We are searching for a dynamic Technical Project Manager to lead our platform team in developing and delivering next-generation solutions. This role requires a strong background and deep understanding of web3 technologies, Hadoop and blockchain protocols.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with the company's objectives and market trends.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to cross-functional teams, ensuring successful execution of product initiatives
- Implement agile methodologies and best practices to streamline development processes and accelerate time-to-market
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
Requirements:
- Strong technical background in computer science or software engineering, with experience in managing complex systems.
- Deep understanding of web3 technologies, including blockchain protocols, decentralized applications (dApps), and smart contracts.
- Proven track record of working effectively with engineering teams, both internally and externally, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and engage with the Web3 community.
- Involve in writing Map Reduce jobs and giving input to HDFS for further processing.
- Responsible for data movement from client library and relation database to HDFS using Sqoop.
- Writing Pig Latin scripts and HiveQL.
- Managing and deploying on Hbase on Pseudo distributed cluster
- Experience across range of technologies/platforms/tools – Cloudera Hadoop, Spark, Hive, YARN, HDFS, MARIADB, Spark Streaming, Kafka, Spark SQL, Zeppelin, Grafana
